Cream blush is often used on dry skins but nowadays many makeup artist apply cream blush to create that glowing
cheek look as well as to define a cheek.
in my own personal experience
cream blush is a good option because of the many different color possiblilities and i especially use it with foundation during the winter months. it last longer than any type of blush, like powder ect.
i apply my cream blush with the tip of my ring finger
a little dab goes a long way as you may already know.
i smile and work the cream blush at the very apple of the cheek going towards the ear way.
finish with powder and you are set.
cream blush is so versitile and moves with the skin throught the day.If anyone here uses cream blush..?
i have it and it is just like blush go up and down with it
the cream lasts longer and is easier to apply. just scoop a very little bit onto your fingers and dab onto your cheeks. blend into your skin so it looks even. good luck! :]
Cream blush is generaly for dry skin but suitable for all skin types. You can apply it with a sponge, brush, or with your fingers. The difference between a powder and cream is that cream gives you more of a flush and more color than powder. Powder blush needs to be layered on if you were to get the same color as you would using the cream blush. Therefore, cream blush offers a brighter color that you would only need less of. Cream blush is usually in the form of a stick whereas powder is in a compact with a crappy brush, so cream blush is way easier to carry around in your purse than compact (if you bring a seperate brush). Another advantage of cream blush is that you can also use it for lips and eyes and gives you a glossy look as well as color. I've tried the cheek tint from mark. in berry. It's small, portable and gives you a really nice color.
However, the bad thing of cream blush is that its recommended to throw away anything cream/liquid in approx one year or so, whereas powder may last for 2-3 years (required that you regularly clean your brush).
with cream blush still use a really thick and big brush. and put it along the cheek line. as in when you smile your cheeks widin put it there
