I have seen this phrase twice already today, once in the Money and Careers section of our local newspaper, and then Hillary Clinton was quoted as saying that in a Yahoo news article I just read. Is this the new ';in phrase'; to say now?Is ';at first blush'; the new ';in phrase';??
I'd hope that nothing Hillary Clinton says would be deemed the new ';in phrase';!!
