People don't like it when people stare at them, I know I don't, because we're raised to think it's rude. And when anytime somebody stares they either do it for a:theyw ant your attention (they're shy, and it's their way of speaking to you), or b: they're bored, and you happen to be in the way.

he probably wasnt actually looking at you, but looking in your general direction and daydreaming or something. i get called on that ALL the time. it actually kinda annoying, but i cant really help it so oh well. chances r, he didnt even kno u were there, or he did, but was just not there.
thats sorta weird, but like the second dude said, it coulda been like that. but if he was staring at you, that would be stalkerish
