In short it cant because its all psychological and if its on your mind you more than likely will,
pills aren't such a bad thing although they dont reduce blushing full stop a few can slow your heart rate down meaning you wont blush as much,

try pouring talcolm powder all over your face. it should help you not get so red from it.
