Why would a woman smile and blush when I asked her out, but then reject me?

The more positive answer would be that it's because she is really flattered (women love the compliment of being asked out) but is too shy to say yes.





The more negative answer would be that she's still flattered, but she doesn't feel anything for you in particular but is just happy that someone finds her attractive.





TBH it's more likely the second one. Sorry, hope that doesn't offend but if she wants you she shouldn't be too shy to say yes, seeing as you've already put yourself out there.Why would a woman smile and blush when I asked her out, but then reject me?
Basically, she may personally LOVE you, but she could be a little shy. Considering I don't know either or your personalities, she could possibly jus be a little wary of the fact of having to committ. Maybe its been too soon? Maybe she is nervous to take the next step? I know in my case, Im not looking for a bf due to the fact that im leaving for college. So perhaps she has some sort of event coming up in her life, that she feels a relationship jus might interfere with. The fact that she blushes, jus means she either loves the idea that you asked her, likes you, or maybe it was the opposite and she was jus embarresed that you even asked. In the end, all you can really do, is not over analyze it. Like I said, I don';t know either of your guys' personalities, so this is all skeptical. That one's easy. She is definitley flattered, but doesnt know how to say no. She's probably shy and did'nt want to hurt your feelings right at that moment.
She may have someone that you dont know about.


She probably really likes you tho;

because the fact that u asked them.. i maen think about if a girl asked u out wouldnt u be flattered but say no for whatever reason
she may think you are attractive, but might have a boyfriend or may have other reasons why she cannot currently date, but doesn't want to bring it up. Do you know her very well?
Maybe they cant believe that you are acctually asking them out and dont wont to be rude.
It means she is shy,and she doesn't want to hurt your feelings.She just wanted to let you down easily.
