Benefit makes good ones. Dandelion is a bright/cute/light pink that works on all skintones, including fair. Benefit's Thrrob is good also. Nars' Orgasm is a great color as well. All 3 look great on fair skin.

cheek mousse is great ul just dab it in your face w/ your fingertips and its so handy as well
