Compliments always work.. or noticing and complimenting things such as clothing, jewerly, hair, etc.. women always want men to notice those things yet rarely do..
Try to compliment her, like say that she's the best thing that ever happened to you, that she's the sole owner of your heart, and some other mushy-cushy things that is true of her. that's it. It is really nice to see her get beet-ret and all flushed up. A wonderful feeling it is
